RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS Smiley Dog® products despatched to you are: - Of merchantable quality - Fit for the purpose of stated use - Match the description of goods purchased We will refund if goods ordered/paid for have become obsolete. In instances where an order has not yet been despatched, we will offer you Credit. BioShine Pty Ltd accepts returns if goods are Damaged/Faulty (see below) when received or if incorrect goods were received. Damaged / Faulty Goods After careful assessment at BioShine Pty Ltd, we will accept returned goods when: - Item(s) are faulty - Item(s) were damaged in transit and we have arranged delivery - Item(s) do not match the description of the item on the site (excepting minor differences) Contact us by either phone (03) 9585 7977 or email accounts@smileydog.com.au within 3 working days of receiving goods, have your Invoice number ready and our friendly staff will advise you what to do next.
